Additionally FOBS have funded

We need YOU!!
We are always looking for new fundraising ideas, so any suggestions are welcome.   Similarly, if you can think of something that the children would benefit from that FOBS could pay for, please tell us!

If you are able to help in any way, please contact a member of the FOBS team. There can be as little or as much involvement as you want. We aim to meet approximately once every couple of months .. Meetings are very informal and usually take place in the Eagle at Barrow pub Please come and join us!!

Thank you Friends of Barrow School and Mrs Farnsworth.
This week the children have been full of excitement playing with the new toys in the playground.  Following pupil feedback, FOBS have provided £200 for school to put towards equipment for lunch time play.  Mrs Farnsworth has kindly purchased and organised the equipment which includes train tracks, cheerleading pom-poms, cars, dolls, crosswords, playing cards, dominos, colouring books and crayons.  Look out for some photos on our website showing the children having fun enjoying the new toys.
